 There are three types of registration:

• Author (full registration)
• Co-author/Non-publishing attendees/other
• Student

Author Registration Information

Each paper submitted to this conference must be registered by at least one of its author (s) at the full registration rate:

• $435 if you are an IAJC or NAIT member (this includes publication fee for one paper in conference CD)
• $525 if you are not an IAJC or NAIT member (this includes publication fee for one paper in conference CD)

This type of registration is classified as an Author Registration.  See “Registration Packages" below to view information related to the Author’s Registration Package.  If a solo author were to have two papers accepted (there is no co-authors on either of the papers) for presentation and publication at the conference, he/she must register the first paper at full registration rate and the second paper at additional paper rate.  In the rare case that a solo author were to have a third paper accepted for the conference, that paper would have to be registered at the standard, full rate. Authors are directed  to the Author's Kit web page for an explanation of paper length (15 pages Maximum) and correct formatting.

Co-author/Non-Publishing Attendees (IAJC-NAIT Member / Non-Member), Student Registration Information

If you are submitting a paper, as the paper's author, then you must register as per the Author Registration Information noted above. However, if you are a co-author, and the paper's author has registered at the full author rate, then you may register at the co-author/other registration rate, as shown in the Registration Fees Table.  Student may register under the Student registration rate, shown below in the Registration Fee Table.

All Registration Packages Include:

• Access to all plenary talks, oral and special sessions
• All nutrition breaks (lunch is not included)
• The welcoming reception and awards night banquet
• Registration package with the conference proceedings in CD-ROM format
• Complimentary copy of IJME summer 2008 special print issue
• Other gifts

Tours and Sight Seeing

If Participants are interested in tours and sight-seeing, the IAJC-IJME Committee will be providing some links and information shortly. Please note that this is NOT included in any of the registration fees.

Cancellation Policy

Registrations may be cancelled up to, and including October 3, 2008. No refunds will be issued thereafter. Each cancellation is subject to a $50 non-refundable administration fee.

Visa Information

Traveler's requiring a letter from the Conference's Organizing Committee for the purposes of obtaining a VISA for traveling to USA are requested to send an email to Robert Matthews. When asking for an invitation letter, please include your paper name and number.
